He has the advantage of running a successful business for 10 years, a Computer Science Degree from Columbia University, and 10 years working as an Engagement Director, Vice President of Delivery, Senior Project Manager, and Software Development Manager in consulting and corporate environments.
Simon Metz works solving process implementation, resourcing, integration, risk analysis, strategic planning and change management. Developing and maintaining Software Development Life Cycle standards is also a focus in his consulting and corporate experience. He works defining scope and cost requirements as well as working closely with clients to track the business cases of these projects. This knowledge enables him to work effectively as a catalyst between clients and internal teams.
