What makes me distinctive as a Engagement Director is my business experience and continued technical expertise and knowledge. I have the advantage of running a successful business for 10 years, a Computer Science Degree from Columbia University, and 11 years working as an Engagement Director, Vice President of Delivery, Senior Project Manager, and Software Development Manager driving sucessful and profitable engagements.

I work with clients solving process implementation, resourcing, integration, risk analysis, strategic planning and change management. Developing and maintaining Software Development Life Cycle standards is also a focus in my consulting and corporate experience. I work defining scope and cost requirements as well as working closely with clients to track the business cases of these projects. This knowledge enables me to work effectively as a catalyst between clients and internal teams.
